For insurance agents
Every 2–50 group you used to pass on deserves another look. Allie handles the quoting, comparisons, paperwork, renewals, and follow-up, so a five-life group takes minutes of your time instead of days. Your book stays yours — 100% of your medical commissions, no cuts, no commission splits, and no change to your agent-of-record status.
Broker attribution is a platform rule, enforced in the code — a client you refer is always yours on every screen.
Sell
Quote a group from a typed census, a CSV, or any document Allie can read — priced on carrier-filed BCBSIL rates by ZIP, rating area, and quarter. All 13 Illinois rating areas loaded. And when a client asks about participation minimums or guaranteed-issue rules, Allie answers with citations to carrier documents — or says "no rules on file." She never invents one.
Share a link, not a PDF. The client's page updates live as you refine the quote, and they accept in one click — name-confirmed and audit-logged. You get notified the moment it happens.
Lead Finder searches real, operating businesses by ZIP and industry — every result has a real address and phone. Allie drafts your outreach: emails, voicemail scripts, texts, one-pagers. A persisted pipeline keeps the work honest. (Automated sending isn't live yet — we say so in the product too.)
Allie carries each account's history — renewals, decisions, the why behind them — into every quote and every chat. It's like handing the file to a producer who's had the account for years. Your private strategy notes stay yours: they never surface to the employer.
Run
The work that eats your evenings — deadlines, compliance windows, commission statements — runs on rails here. This is the actual product, running on demo data:

Price a client's actual census against the current rate book and answer "is this increase fair?" with every alternative and its delta. One click builds the client-ready renewal summary, letters, and enrollment packet.
Upload carrier statements — PDF or Excel, carrier auto-detected, AI-parsed — and see your book paid per period, with a document room for statements, 1099s, and BOR letters.
Every client's compliance windows in one screen — renewals, COBRA at 102% of the real billed rate, Illinois continuation, special enrollment. And every table exports to CSV: if you ever leave, your book leaves with you.
Also on rails: E&O tracked with advance warnings — an expired certificate blocks quoting until it's current. Your clients are protected, and so is your license.
The economics, plainly
Quoting and proposals are free — winning the business costs you nothing. The platform earns its keep only when it's running your active book, on a simple per-enrolled-employee price that steps down as your book grows. No seat fees, no setup fee, no feature tiers.
Platform rule · enforced in codeThe question every veteran asks
Fair question — you've watched enough "partners" show up for a slice of your commissions. Here's the actual answer, and you can check every piece of it.
AllieAdvisor was built inside Legacy Consulting Agencies — a licensed Illinois agency — to run its own 2–50 book. The quoting, the COBRA math, the commission reconciliation: each exists because our book needed it. You're getting the platform we run our own practice on, not a product imagined for you.
Taking a cut of your commissions would make us your competitor and cap our own growth at your pain. Licensing software scales better — a simple per-enrolled-employee price on active books, quoting free. That model only works if the platform is good enough that you stay. So it has to be.
Broker attribution is a platform rule enforced in the code — a client you bring is marked yours on every screen, your agent-of-record status is never touched, and every table exports to CSV. If we ever gave you a reason to leave, your book walks out the door with you. We built it that way on purpose.
Drop a spreadsheet, a CRM export, or a carrier bill — Allie extracts your accounts and rosters, flags what she couldn't read, and never invents what isn't there. Carrier commission statements parse in the same way, so your book's payment history builds itself.
Real-rate quoting runs on carrier-filed BCBSIL rates across all 13 Illinois rating areas, with level-funded options. Self-funded plans available today — automation coming soon. The carrier list is exactly what quotes today — and when more carriers land, you'll see them in your quote screen, not a press release.
The behavior your E&O cares about
Allie will not estimate.
Two ways a quoting tool can behave when it hits a gap: dress up a guess as a rate, or say plainly that it doesn't have one. AllieAdvisor refuses to estimate — no watermarked "rough number," no rate that a client could hold you to later.
Worth asking your E&O carrier which of those two behaviors they'd rather insure. We built for the careful answer: carrier-filed rates, or an honest empty screen — never a number Allie can't stand behind.
Straight answers
The whole business model, in one paragraph: quoting and proposals are free, your first live group is free through enrollment plus 90 days of service, and the platform charges a simple per-enrolled-employee price only when it's running your active book. No commission split, no seat fees, no setup fee, no feature tiers. We're an agency licensing the tooling we built for ourselves — the "catch" is that we think you'll pay a small, predictable software bill for a back office that works.
One upload to start: a spreadsheet, a CRM export, or a carrier bill. Allie extracts accounts and rosters with per-member rates, flags anything she couldn't read, and never fills gaps with guesses. Commission statements — PDF or Excel, carrier auto-detected — parse in the same way. Bring one client first if you'd rather test the water than dive.
Today: BCBSIL, on carrier-filed small-group rates across all 13 Illinois rating areas, including level-funded options. Self-funded plans available today — automation coming soon. More carriers are on the way, and until they arrive Allie tells you plainly when she doesn't have a rate on file rather than estimating one.
