Launching January 1 · now onboarding select partners

For referral partners · Illinois

Your clients keep asking about health insurance. Now you have an answer.

You already serve small businesses — their worksite benefits, their property, their books, their payroll. Group health is the one question you keep having to punt. Partner with AllieAdvisor and the answer becomes: "I know exactly who handles that." Your client stays yours, licensed professionals do the insurance, and the introduction makes you look good.

Referral attribution is a platform rule, enforced in the code — not a promise in a brochure.

Who this is for

If one of these is you, keep reading.

Voluntary benefits agents

You own the worksite relationship.

You built the account. You enrolled the accident, disability, and life products. And every year the owner asks you about the health side — the one line you don't write. Refer it here and the health question gets a real answer while your VB book stays exactly where it is: untouchable, yours, off-limits by design.

P&C agencies

You insure the building and the trucks.

Your client trusts you with everything that can burn, crash, or get sued — and then asks about employee health coverage, the line that would take a whole benefits department to write properly. Be the one who solved health too, without hiring a single benefits person.

CPAs & accountants

You see the renewal increase hit the P&L.

Every year, same line item, bigger number — and your client asks you what to do about it. You're the most trusted advisor they have, and until now the honest answer was a shrug toward "some broker." Hand them a real answer: real filed rates, compared in minutes, from a licensed Illinois agency.

Payroll & HR providers

Benefits questions land on you anyway.

You run the deductions, so clients assume you run the benefits — and every "which plan should we pick?" email is a liability you didn't sign up for. Route those questions somewhere that reflects well on you: honest quotes, bilingual enrollment, licensed people accountable for the advice.

When your client shows up through your link, I know who sent them — and so does every screen in the platform. The introduction stays yours. My job is to make sure you're glad you made it.

Compensation

Structured around what your license allows.

Here's the honest version instead of a teaser number: Illinois treats referral compensation differently depending on licensing. Licensed producers can share in commission; unlicensed partners can be compensated only in ways the law permits for non-producers. We don't blur that line, and you shouldn't want a partner who would.

Partners who hold an accident & health license — or are willing to add one — can go a step further: join the referral/producer program and participate in the medical case itself, subject to licensing, carrier appointment, and written agreement requirements. If you'd rather stay purely on the referral side, that path stays open too.

So the arrangement is built around your situation — what you're licensed for, what your clients need, and what makes the partnership worth your while. That's a conversation, not a rate card. Every partnership is structured personally, by a licensed advisor — and a licensed advisor reads every message.
